Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after full payment is received. Made-to-order and personalised products enter production once artwork is approved. Standard dispatch lead times are shown on each product page and may vary by location and production load.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

We offer doorstep courier delivery and store pickup where available. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total shipment weight and destination.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders at our discretion; such offers are clearly shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are indicative. While we strive to meet them, delays caused by courier partners, customs or force majeure are beyond our control.

For made-to-order products, the lead time shown is in addition to transit time.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the claim with the courier.

5. Returns

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

To request a return for a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
