1. The Company

Chhapai Lab is a brand owned and operated by Genie Prints Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India. All references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean Genie Prints Pvt Ltd. References to 'you' and 'your' mean the customer or visitor using our services.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website or kiosks are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before production begins, in which case any payment collected will be refunded in full.

Once an order enters production it cannot be modified or cancelled except at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time; the price applicable is the one shown at the time your order is placed.

Payment must be received in full before production begins, except for pre-order products where a deposit is collected at checkout and the balance is due on or before the launch date.

4. Made-to-Order & Customisation

Many of our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on material availability and production load.

You are responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details, names, logo files and artwork supplied. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect or low-quality artwork provided by you.

5. Dynamic QR Subscriptions

Dynamic QR codes are provided on an annual subscription basis. The subscription fee is charged once per unique code at checkout and renews annually. Subscriptions remain active until expiry or cancellation.

A customer with an active subscription may reuse an existing Dynamic QR code on additional products at no extra charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, branding, logos and content on this site are the property of Genie Prints Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission. Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer; by uploading it you confirm you have the right to use it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genie Prints Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city of our registered office.
