1. Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

2. What Is Covered

• •Defects in engraving, UV print or laser marking arising from production.
• •Structural defects in metal, paper or composite materials.
• •Peeling, fading or delamination under normal use.

3. What Is Not Covered

• •Damage caused by misuse, abrasion, exposure to chemicals or extreme heat.
• •Normal wear and tear of finishes over time.
• •Defects arising from customer-supplied artwork or files.
• •Damage during shipping when reported after 48 hours of delivery.

4. Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the defect. We will assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
